My friend Tina Marie just sent me this article covering some events that happened when she went to speak to a school. I understand what the guy representing Youth For Christ was saying…..it just made me throw up just a little bit in my mouth. This totally ticks me off. I’m not this guys judge, and I know what they’re trying to do. They want to address kids in public schools and hopefully have opportunity to share the gospel at an outside event, maybe that night or later.
But I just don’t see Jesus saying one day “Well, done thou good and faithful servant…..you were politcally correct.”

We have our annual matchup with the gators coming up next Saturday. In honor of that game, I thought it would be fun to dress a gator. I thought the most accurate portrayal would be of a gator in jean shorts, with the “wife-beater” T-Shirt and mullet. Orange is evil…GO DAWGS!

When Kim and I were first married, we owned a blue chevy camaro. It was a sweet ride and a lot of fun. It had a glass pack which made it sound great and it would just GO! Well, domestication hit, and we realized it just wasn’t practical to try and fit a car seat into the back of a camaro. I can’t remember if we sold it or if we gave it away. Years later, I hated it when I heard that chevy was ceasing production of the camaro.
Well, they apparently changed their minds and have introduced a new model. It looks similar to a Mustang in some ways. If I ever have a mid-life crisis, I’ll definitely keep it in mind

This past Sunday was national Porn Sunday. 47% of Christians (that’s men AND women) struggle with pornography. The average age of children that are first exposed to porn is 11 years old. This is mainly due to to the internet. It is a growing problem in the church for men, women, old, and young. It is time for the church to get its head out of the sand and begin to help people that struggle. If you or someone you care about is struggling with pornography, here are a couple of resources:
